Running the race

Today was one of those days that could not end soon enough. It was a long work day with a lot of petty issues that brought me unnecessary stress. After work, I came home, to my house, and started working on a few song ideas for Hillsongs "Take All of Me." Because of my bad day it was easier to focus on God and escape from trivial things. "Take All of Me" is a classic and a song that God has used to minister to my weariness. I realize that I dont have much to give in my own strength and even if I had the entire world at my disposal I would still have nothing with out God. He brings true strength, hope, healing, deliverance, guidance, and every good thing.

Needless to say, God has been on my mind today. I want to see him in every person and every situation. I pray to grow into that person one day soon. for now I will continue to worship and pray.
